Council Meeting Dates

Council meetings are held as follows:

Ordinary Meetings are held on the Third Tuesday of every Month in the Multi-Function Room, Mathoura Visitor and Business Centre, Cobb Highway, Mathoura, commencing at 1:00pm. Planning and Development Committee Meetings are held on the First Tuesday of every Month in the Meeting Room, Moama Branch Office, 6 Meninya Street, Moama, commecing at 1:00pm. Policy and Resources Committee Meetings are held as and when required. Works Committee Meetings are held as and when required.

Exact dates for the above meetings can be obtained by contacting Council's Executive Assistant, Ms Kerri Maher, via email or phone 03 5884 3302.

Any variation to meeting dates and/or meeting times are advertised in the local media.

Items for inclusion on the Agenda of any meeting should be received by The General Manager, Murray Shire Council, PO Box 21, Mathoura NSW 2710, one (1) week prior to the time of that meeting.

Council meetings are open to the public and a gallery copy of the Business Paper is available on the day of the meeting.

Any persons who wish to address Council on an issue at a meeting should contact Council's Executive Assistant, Ms Kerri Maher, via email or phone 03 5884 3302, to make arrangements.

Residents may subscribe to the monthly Business Papers at a cost of $450 per year, or $50 per month. Please contact Council's Executive Assistant, Ms Kerri Maher, via email or phone 03 5884 3302, to arrange a subscription.
